You just can’t please this guy, can you? After signing a monstrous 3-year, €250M contract back in August, Kylian Mbappe now is reportedly unhappy again at PSG and wants out of the club as soon as January.
If these reports are true, then this guy is the biggest diva ever.
How can you be ‘unhappy’ and ‘want out’ of a club that has not only given you a 3-year, €250M contract that is worth more than any other football star in the world today, but also has given you control over the player personnel of the club? He’s practically the pseudo-Director of Football.
It’s ludicrous how generous and desperate PSG were to keep Kylian Mbappe this past August, while it’s even more crazy that Kylian Mbappe is unhappy with said deal.
Now, according to the rumors and quotes Mbappe has given the media since August, one of the main reasons why Kylian Mbappe is upset with the PSG hierarchy is because they have ‘broken promises to him’ that the club supposedly made as a part of the new contract.
More specifically, one of those said ‘broken promises’ was the fact that poor Kylian has to play striker for PSG.
Yes, Kylian Mbappe, the world’s most plighted and persecuted footballer, is being forced to play in one of the most coveted positions in all of football as he is not only the focal point of every game PSG play, but is also the recipient of dozens of scoring chances a night with Leo Messi and Neymar dishing him the ball on a platter game after game. How awful.
Wait, you can’t see the injustice of this? You don’t understand why it is so bad that Kylian Mbappe is being played as a striker for one of the world’s greatest teams? Why, it’s because he doesn’t want a position at all! He just wants to roam.
Yes, you saw that right, Kylian Mbappe wants the freedom to roam around the pitch wherever and whenever he likes. Apparently, in his mind, it’s an injustice to use such a great goalscoring threat (which he is) at the very position where goalscoring is the sole focus.
Alright, I’ll stop being sarcastic. Obviously, Kylian Mbappe is the most spoilt player in the world. He has the nerve to want out of a €250M contract after only three months, while also demanding to play wherever he wishes. It doesn’t get any worse than that.
Plus, I just don’t understand how someone can be so upset on a team that is filled with superstars. What player in the world, aside from Mbappe, would complain about playing with Leo Messi, Neymar, Marco Verratti, Marquinhos, Sergio Ramos, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Achraf Hakimi, Nuno Mendes, Presnel Kimpembe, Fabian Ruiz, Carlos Solar, Vitinha, etc.?
Only a spoiled rotten one, which unfortunately Mbappe has become.
Of course, these reports might not be true and Kylian Mbappe is perfectly content with his position at PSG. But, given his history of complaining, I wouldn’t put it past him to want out now.
